RETURN

At Gvalue, we strive to provide the best customer service possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund within 15 days of receipt.

Note: Only Gvalue Art Products have a 7-day exchange policy for the same or different size, if available.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:

  • All product tags must be intact and in their original packaging.
  • Product must be unused.
  • Products must be in an undamaged and unwashed condition.

Please Note: For claims related to missing or incorrect products, share a video of unboxing within 24 hours of delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Create a ‘Return Request’ under “My Orders” on our website.
  • Follow the steps and choose between pickup or self-shipment.
  • Pickup is only available for addresses used while ordering.

Alternatively, email us at info@gvalue.in with your order details and we will process your return.

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP

We make three attempts to pick up the item. If all fail, the request will be marked as failed.

FAQ

What happens if I hand over the wrong product?

We are not responsible if the wrong product is handed over to the delivery person.

What if my pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup?

You will need to self-ship the item, and we will reimburse up to Rs.100.
